GAME PREVIEW: Barnstormers @ Freight
DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers go back on the road Saturday, April 11 to face off with the Fishers Freight (6 p.m. CT, Yahoo! Sports). The Barnstormers are looking for their first win of the young season.
Starting quarterback Harry Roubidoux nearly doubled his production from game one to game two, throwing for 194 yards with six touchdowns on top of it.
Iowa hopes the receiving core can continue to make strides. Kurtis Ravenel claimed three of the touchdown catches from Roubidoux against Green Bay last week.
The offensive line has not yet allowed a sack on Roubidoux to this point this season.
On the defensive side of the ball, defensive lineman J.K. Smith has had a promising start to the year, along with linebacker Austin Edmonds, who earned the team's first sack of the season against Green Bay.
Iowa and Fishers is set to kickoff at 6:00 p.m. CT Saturday and will be broadcasted live on Yahoo! Sports.
